Return and Exchange Policy

If something does not meet your expectations or if you need to exchange it for a different size or style, please contact us so we can make it right.

Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. Refunds and store credit are available.

Our Return Timeline Policy:

Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full
Returns received within 31-60 days of original ship date will receive store credit
We cannot accept returns after 60 days

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

If you wish to exchange a bandana for a different one, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead.

My love for dogs was instant and everlasting. Having three chocolate labs over the years has allowed me to see how dogs bring unconditional love and happiness in the lives of dog owners. As an artist, educator, mental health professional, and dog sitter, Franklin + Co. came about through the love of pups, entrepreneurship, and artistic passions.

K9s for Warriors

As a former Army Brat and mental health professional, I have always admired and had a great appreciation for service members, first responders, and their families.

K9s For Warriors provides military veterans with a trained and rescued service dogs. They support veterans suffering from PTSD, TBIs, and/or military sexual trauma.

It is an honor to support warriors through their healing journey with the best gift one can possibly give, a pup with unconditional love.
